Strawberry Chia Jam



Today's blog post is exclusively for our strawberry jam lovers!


A quick and easy recipe without added sugar!


  1. Chop the strawberries and place them in a small saucepan.

  2. Add 1/4 cup of chia seeds. The chia seeds in this recipe help to create the jelly-like consistency of the jam, all while adding a nutritional value. Extra protein, fibre and omega-3 fatty acids.  

  3. Add 1/2 of cup of honey.

  4. Heat over medium heat until the jam begins to bubble. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the jam starts to thicken.

  5. Remove from heat and immediately pour into a mason jar. Allow to cool completely and then store in the fridge.
